Submission Rules

What belongs here

  • Photos of dogs caught in the act in scenic, absurd, or ill-timed settings.
  • Dogs should be the clear subject of the photo.

What we don’t accept

  • Photos where a person is the main subject.
  • Photos showing visible human faces — crop or avoid before submitting.
  • Photos showing private addresses, house numbers, street signs that identify a specific location, or visible licence plates.
  • Photos showing animal harm, distress, cruelty, or unsafe situations of any kind.
  • Photos you don’t own or don’t have permission to submit.

Permission and public display

  • By submitting, you confirm you own the photo or have permission from the person who took it.
  • Approved submissions may appear publicly on DogDrops, including the gallery, Daily Drop, monthly competitions, and other DogDrops pages.
  • If you opted in to social media permission during submission, DogDrops may also share your photo on official DogDrops social channels.

Moderation

  • All submissions are reviewed before appearing publicly.
  • DogDrops may reject or remove any submission at its sole discretion, with or without explanation.
